- 3 racks of baby-back pork ribs

dry rub seasoning mixture
- 14.79 ml paprika (smoked)
- 14.79 ml Hungarian paprika
- 14.79 ml paprika (hot)
- 14.79 ml sugar
- 14.79 ml garlic salt
- 4.92 ml cumin
- 4.92 ml dry mustard
- 4.92 ml red pepper powder
- 9.85 ml black pepper, Fresh Ground

barbecue sauce mixture
- 473.18 ml Open Pit Barbecue Sauce (with Onion)
- 473.18 ml Bulls Eye bold barbecue sauce
- 236.59 ml catsup (Hunts)
- 4.92 ml salt
- 9.85 ml pepper
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 1 small onion (1/2 minced)
- 4.92 ml red pepper powder
directions
- Rub 3 racks or of ribs with the rub mixture.
- Place in a large covered roaster on rack so you can put an inch or two of water in the roaster without touching the ribs.
- Back at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
- Combine BBQ sauce ingredients, and slather on the baked ribs. Place ribs on BBQ grill or in a stove top smoker for 10 mins or until sauce is set or slightly charred.
