As a musician I have played many times for the owner of Saz's in Milwaukee, and he gave me instructions for this recipe. The recipe for the BBQ sauce is my wife's.

These ribs were very good, I love having several rubs to change up in the summer, and I will be using this again. I must confess didn't have the ingredients to make the sauce, so can't rate it, though it sounds delicious and I will try it, but for now, just used Sweet Baby Rays. Thanx for posting.
