Diabetic Chocolate Fudge

I tried this because I love fudge..but I didn't like it, so I added 8oz of fat free cream cheese and whipped it and made a nice chocolate cheese cake. I chopped the nuts and sprinkled it over the botton of the pie plate and put the filling over it to add a little crunch instead of a crust. It came out nice, I enjoyed it, while everyone else was eating sugar something!!!

  1. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes.
  2. Melt chocolate with cinnamon and sweetener; add milk and water slowly.
  3. Add gelatin.
  4. Stir until dissolved.
  5. Remove from fire.
  6. Add vanilla, cool.
  7. When mixture begins to thicken, add nuts.
  8. Turn into cold pan.
  9. When firm cut into pieces.
