  1. in a large pot boil the water for the smoked meat add in your choice of smoked meat allow to boil for at least 45 minutes.Add the apple cider vinegar,salt,pepper,onion,bell pepper and chicken broth and Accent Seasoning. cook until the meat is tender add collard greens and simmer covered over medium heat until greens are very tender not falling apart.
