ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 green pepper, chopped
- 3 ounces green olives, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup celery
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup shrimp
- 1 cup crab
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- chow mein noodles (optional)
directions
- Combine the first seven ingredients. Mix together cream, vinegar and mayonnaise, then add to the previous mixture. Let refrigerate for 2 hours. Pour over chow mein noodles (optional) and mix together. Serve on lettuce leaf with garnish.
