ingredients
- 22 ear corn
- 236.59 ml chopped red bell pepper
- 236.59 ml chopped green bell pepper
- 295.73 ml chopped celery
- 177.44 ml chopped onion
- 354.88 ml sugar
- 591.47 ml distilled white vinegar
- 473.18 ml water
- 4.92 ml salt
- 4.92 ml celery seed
- 7.39 ml mustard seeds
- 2.46 ml ground turmeric
directions
- Cook ears of corn in boiling salted water for 4 minutes.
- Remove and plunge in ice water-strain-and cut corn from cob-you want 10 cups.
- Combine corn with remaining ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Immediately pack into clean hot pint jars, leaving 1/2 inch head space; seal.
- Process for 15 minutes in a boiling water bath.

Sounds Gr8 and Will Definitely be Making it this year Kids Love Salsa and If I Add this to a can of Diced Tomatoes and a touch of Heat they will gobble it up and NEVER even realize they are eating Their Veggies One Note: For those of Us who Have Black thumbs... Corn Cob Yields Approx . 1/2C So 20 Cobs Is About 10Cups (if Your Buying Frozen)
