Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

- 1 graham cracker crust
- 8 ounces cream cheese (soften)
- 4 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
directions
- 1. In large bowl blend cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, sugar blend together. Fold in peanut butter til well mixed. Pour into pie crust set aside.
- 2. In meduim bowl mix chocolate pudding and milk til smooth. Carefully place tablespoons of pudding on top til all gone or pie fully covered smooth top off. Place in fridge for 4 hours or freezer for 2 hours.

24 yr. old single mom of 1 beautiful duaghter. I've been cooking since 9 yrs. old but helping out in the kitchen since 6. My grandma tought me a lot, she always reminds me that my first time in their was a thanksgiving holiday. She had got off from work in Atlantic City because from working third shift. My mom was at work, my uncles weren't there, my brothers were to little making me the oldest so she said "Well I guess its me and you baby." Always been that way ever since. Never really liked to try different but was always trying something different in her food. Wierd isn't it. So now when I cook different things or cook a meal that she tought me. She just looks at me and smile because she always knows its going to be good. I thank her for teaching me how to cook.
