  1. In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients. In a small bowl, beat egg, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack.

Tried the recipe exactly as is, muffins turned out hard as rocks and extremely dry. Waste of time and ingredients!
