- 1 stewed chicken, picked of meat
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄4 cup bell pepper, chopped fine
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup dry rice
- 1⁄2 cup butter, cut in slices
- 1 chopped onion
- salt and pepper
directions
- Shred chicken and add other ingredients. Put in casserole and bake at 325 for one hour. Stir at least 3 times while cooking. (May need to cook longer, test the rice for doneness.).
