Cass's Spinach and Artichoke Dip

"This flavorful dip can be made a day or two ahead of time and heated on the day you want to serve it. Heat in oven or on low in a small crockpot. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips."

  • Place artichoke hearts in food processor. Pulse a few times. You may dice by hand if you do not own a food processor.
  • Squeeze any remaining liquid out of thawed spinach.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to oven-safe dish.
  • Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 375 degrees. OR place in crockpot on low and heat through (about 90 minutes).
  • Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
