- 2⁄3 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients, stirring until blended;pour into pastry shell.
- Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack.
