ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
• 1⁄4 cup flour
• 3⁄4 cup buttermilk
• 1⁄4 cup margarine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

directions

1. Beat eggs well.
2. Add sugar and flour and beat well.
3. Add buttermilk and margarine and vanilla.
4. Pour in 9-inch pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
