Broccoli Carrot Rice Stir-Fry

A light lovely side


  1. Heat oil over medium high flame.
  2. Saute vegetables for 2 minutes
  3. Add rice and saute 2 minutes more.
  4. Add 2/3 cup chicken stock.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Cover & lower to simmer for 15 - 20minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
