- clean berries and set aside.
- mix water sugar and cornstarch together in saucepan cook until it thickens and turns translucent.
- remove from heat and add berries place in prebaked pie shell.
- chill and serve with whip cream.
This is a wonderful pie! I used 1 pound of berries in a deep dish pie crust. And instead of cornstarch, I used a regular box of raspberry jello.
This seems like an easy recipe, but how many cups of berris do you use and what kind of berries?? THANKS!
