- Fry onion and celery in a little butter until soft and transparent.
- boil sausage for 2 minutes to remove fat.
- brown slightly in pan with onion and celery.
- cut into bite size pieces.
- Mix other ingredients and add to pan.
- simmer covered for 1/2 hr.
