  • Fry onion and celery in a little butter until soft and transparent.
  • boil sausage for 2 minutes to remove fat.
  • brown slightly in pan with onion and celery.
  • cut into bite size pieces.
  • Mix other ingredients and add to pan.
  • simmer covered for 1/2 hr.
