- 29.57 ml cognac or 29.57 ml brandy
- 236.59 ml chicken stock or 236.59 ml dry white wine
- 14.79 ml tsps Dijon mustard
- 4.92 ml Dijon mustard
- 14.79 ml pepper
- 14.79 ml dried tarragon leaves
- 9.85 ml garlic powder
- 2.46 ml paprika
- 6 (850.48 g) chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
directions
- Combine all ingredients except for chicken.
- Pour mixture over chicken and let marinate in refrigerator for several hours.
- Bake chicken at 350F for 1 hour.
