  1. I am giving them a 2 star rating only because one of my kids loved them. The rest of us didn't really care for them. It may have been the powdered milk flavor that threw us. The instructions were great. I will keep the recipe and experiment with it a bit because I like the basic idea. Thanks for posting

  2. These were pretty good. My husband said the bread coating was a little too hard for his liking, but I liked them. The flavors were nice. He ended up dipping his potatoes in the juices of his pot roast and ate them all! Thank you for posting this!

  4. I made this recipe this week for the cooking contest, and I really enjoyed the tasty, crunchy potatoes...They came out golden brown and delicious! Thanks so much for submitting your creation for the cooking contest! Delish!

  5. These are very good wedges and they were polished off by everybody without complaint. I made homemade breadcrumbs but this recipe doesn't work as well with them so I suggest that others buy the commercial variety. I also assume that the herbs used here are the dried variety - it is not entirely clear from the recipe. Good recipe - thanks for submitting it.
