i make this alllll the time, the recipe is so good! i usually mix blueberries and apples, it’s a great combo and blueberries can be quite expensive :s i usually make more of the topping and put in more oats and a tad more salt than it says in the recipe, just love oats. anyway, it’s a hit every time, whether i pair it with whipped cream, ice cream, custard, or eat it alone. everyone loves it! btw, for my metric peeps: 2 tbsp lemon juice, 100g sugar, 2 tsp cornstarch - 75g oats, 64g flour, 100g sugar, dash salt, 75g butter thank you so much for this recipe! :)
