ingredients
- 3 cups mixed vegetables, boiled
- 2 onions
- 3 spring onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 green chilies
- 1⁄2 inch piece ginger
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons ghee or 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
directions
- Chop onions, tomatoes, green chillies ginger and coriander.
- Heat ghee and fry onions until golden. Add tomatoes, chillies and ginger and fry at least two minutes.
- Add ketchup, vegetables, spring onions, chilli powder, sugar and salt to taste.
- Cook 5 - 10 minutes and serve hot.
