This is a good dip & best served w/water & soda crackers or veggies so no extra flavors confuse the mild seasoning combo used. What I missed as a pers pref was a textural element, so I allowed for that by adding some chopped cucumber (seeded) + black olives. I think the crunch, color & flavor of bell pepper would work well too. Thx for sharing this recipe & *Congrats* on your Wk 1 Football Pool win.

I served this with some vegetable flavored crackers, and some celery sticks. It was good as a dip, but I enjoyed it even more after adding a chopped boiled egg, adding more curry powder, and some diced onions.....then putting it on toasted bread for a yummy tuna sandwich! Made for your win in Football Tag, Week One. Congrats!
