Thank you for my new favorite dip recipe! This stuff is sooo good. It goes with anything you'd like to dip, and it makes a nice salad dressing as well. I'm someone who likes a lot of variety in her diet, but I could eat this every day. I have made it with half sour cream or half blended cottage cheese. Both worked well and lightened this up considerably. So I can eat even more of it!

I served this with our fondue meal the other night and my BIL admited that it was one of the best dips tht he has ever had. Being that he is not a fan of curry at all...I took it as a compliment! This dip tasted great withall the veggies, chicken, steak, pork, seafood...everything that we fondue'd. Thanks for the great recipe!
