Very nice, easy and good to eat. I used frozen corn, didn't defrost it, it cooked easily in the 'sauce'. I used a mix of grated cheddar and parmesan cheeses. One thing, there is onion in the directions, but not in the ingredients list! IF I'd used onion, I would have lightly sauteed it before adding it, just to soften, but I didn't use it at all. Another time, I might add mustard powder, I think it would complement the dish well. Thanks for a nice recipe, weekend cooker!
