- Saute celery and onion in butter for about 5 minutes.
- Mix with remaining ingredients and place in a buttered 2 quart casserole.
- Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.

I made this for a family get together and it didn't go over well. I liked it, which suprised me, because I don't really like corn, but the best I got out of my sister was that it was bland. I will probably make this for myself once in a while, but I this just was not "company food". I did add pepper to taste.
