ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans corn, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced pickled jalapeno or (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper, to taste
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well.
- Put mixture in a greased 9x9 casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until bubbly.
- ---OR--- Simply put it in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 5 minutes until heated through!
