Spicy Chuck Wagon Soup (Taste of Home)

"This soup is hearty and delicious! The meat just falls apart, and the spicy component is a nice change from traditional beef stews. Even a friend of ours who is a self-proclaimed soup hater liked this! We found this recipe in a Taste of Home Heartwarming Soups magazine. We make this a little ahead of time and let it sit on low for about an hour before eating it so the beef can get a little extra tender!"

I live in Fort Worth, TX with my lovely wife Jenni. We love watching movies for fun and we *really* love to eat! Food should be enjoyed because if you think about it, you'll eat about 10,000 meals every year. That's a lot of meals, you should have fun eating them! I love to cook, and I love experimenting and making things I have never made before. Hence, my interest in this website. My wife encourages this habit of mine because it means less cooking for her. :) I like cooking so much that my mother in law got me a subscription to "Quick Cooking" for Christmas. I like eating the food I make but I like it much more when I watch other people enjoy what I have cooked. This has lead me to host lots of "girls nights" for my wife and her friends. I cook, they chat, we all eat. That's really fun. When I have free time I love to play games (card games, board games, computer games, etc.) I also love sports. Ultimate Frisbee, Volleyball, and Softball are my favorites. 12-5-02: I just posted my first recipe, so I'm on my way to being a regular on the 'Zaar. Watch out, you top 100 people!
