DIRECTIONS

  • Mix ground turkey with bacon, parsley, and oregano.
  • Add onion and garlic; add soy sauce.
  • Make into little meat balls; roll them flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
  • Fry meatballs until browned in olive oil.(i just dumped balls into sauce and baked 425 for 35 minutes it was kinda watery so dont add extra water i also used can of tomatoes ).
  • Add water, chicken bouillon cube, white wine, tomatoes, onion, garlic and carrot.
  • Cook until thickened; you can do this in the oven when it is cooler.
