DIRECTIONS

  • Scramble eggs. Try to break them up as small as possible.
  • Heat up oil in medium-sized pan.
  • Add in rice, egg, onion, carrots, and peas. Cook 3-5 or until vegetables are tender.
  • Heat through, then add in soy sauce.
  • Can be served with other ingredients. Mix it up and enjoy!
