Wonderful!!! I used 1/2 Hot Zesty Sausage and 1/2 original and it was perfect! Used salted butter too.

This gravy would have been wonderful, but I didn't have Wondra so I used regular flour. Big mistake! It had the flavor and consistancy of paste! I have now purchased Wondra, and will definitely try again. Although I have no intention of using unsalted butter. Why does anyone buy that stuff? You can't taste it!
