- 1 (6 ounce) can canned salmon
- 2 eggs
- 16 g organic crackers
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1⁄8 teaspoon celery seed
- 1⁄8 teaspoon curry
- 1⁄8 teaspoon dill
- 1⁄8 teaspoon fennel
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄8 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄8 teaspoon parsley
- 1⁄8 teaspoon rosemary
- 1⁄8 teaspoon thyme
- 1⁄8 teaspoon sage
- 1⁄8 teaspoon tarragon
directions
- drain salmon well
- place into mixing bowl & mash up with fork
- add the other ingredients and mix together and form patties
- place patties into pre heated skillet and spay with non stick spray
- cook until golden brown on both sides.
