DIRECTIONS

  • Place rhubarb in buttered 9 x 9" pan. Combine eggs, flour and sugar. Pour over rhubarb. For Topping: Combine butter, brown sugar, flour, salt and baking powder, using a pastry blender until consistency is that of coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
