- 2 teaspoons sugar (or sugar substitute like Splenda)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 8 red radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 golden delicious apples, quartered,cored and thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- salt and black pepper
directions
- Combine sugar, lemon juice, and sour cream in a medium bowl with a fork.
- Add radishes, apple, and cucumber.
- Turn vegetables and fruit in dressing to coat.
- Season with dill, salt, and pepper.
- Toss again.
- Serve.

I live in a small town in southern Minnesota. I am recently retired, my husband and I had a small liquor store for 9 years. Before that I was a secretary for 20 years. I have 4 grown children and 14 grandchldren. I love to golf but the season is pretty short here. I quit smoking 1 1/2 years ago and now am on the Atkins diet. I'm finally getting healthy!
