Wow, what nice sausage rolls! Lots of flavour, the apple is such a good addition. I made half the recipe but should have stuck to the whole amount, these were gone in a trice, and nothing to give away to friends (the girls boyfriends :) ). These will be on the baking rota again next weekend! Thanks, mummy-meeg, really enjoyed this recipe, made for Bargain Basement tag game.

I am a 22-year-old Aussie girl. My passions in life are my 8-month-old daughter, my husband and COOKING! If I were to write a cook book it would be "1001 ways with the basic biscuit" - odd seeing as I mainly cook savoury :-S
I am famous for my roast lamb and for bringing a massive cob-loaf-dip to BBQ's and parties.
I love entertaining -I am always inviting family and friends over, nothing too high-brow mind, just a roast or BBQ, or mid-week feast.
My brother is allergic/intolerant to just about every food worth eating ;) and what he isn't allergic to he doesn't like so I'm always trying new things for him. My husband was your typical English meat-and-3-veg kinda guy - he now eats everything I cookm other than hot curries and cous cous! My daughter eats anything she can get her paws on :)
