- 1 (8 ounce) container light cream cheese
- 20 small sweet bell peppers
- 12 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup light cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, chopped (optional)
directions
- Cut each bell pepper in half and remove seeds.
- Cook bacon until slightly crispy, let cool and break into small pieces.
- In small bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Place mixture into each pepper half.
- Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.
