Wow this is so good! And incredibly easy. I ran out of the door this morning and totally forgot to put the sliced banana and chocolate chips on top but it doesn’t even need it! It tastes like peanut butter cookies but has so little sugar. I bought half pint jars at my grocery store because it fits in my lunchbox better. I don’t have any tweaks. The only oatmeal I had was organic Bob’s red Mill oats, that we’re not rolled, but it still worked great. I also used Fage 0% Greek yogurt to cut even more sugar out.
