DIRECTIONS

  • Mix eggs, salt, pepper and garlic in a shallow plate. Mix bread crumbs, grated cheese, basil and garlic in another shallow plate.
  • Dip each pork chop first in egg mixture, then in breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture. Pat to make it stick if needed.
  • Place crumbed chops, in a single layer, in the oven-proof baking dish. Top with pieces of butter and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes or until baked and golden.
  • Serve with roasted Brussels sprouts and boiled potatoes.
