  • Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Beat eggs in a medium bowl.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Dredge pork chops in flour, then into egg, then in bread crumb mixture.
  • Fry for 7 - 10 minutes on each side.
  • Cooking time depends on thickness of the chops, but you should have a beautiful dark golden brown crust.
  • Serve with my garlic cheese mashed potatoes.
