Oreo Cake

"Yummy vanilla cake with crunchy oreo biscuits. I frosted with oreo buttercream."

• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 225 g self-raising flour
• 1 pinch salt
• 100 g butter
• 100 g caster sugar
• 100 g crushed Oreo cookies
• 2 medium eggs
• 2 tablespoons milk

directions

1. Preheat the oven to 180oC and grease a 7 inch baking tin.
2. Mix the flour, salt and sugar together.
3. Rub in the butter.
4. Add the milk and eggs.
5. Stir until well mixed.
6. Add the crushed oreo biscuits and stir but do not overmix.
7. Pour into the prepared tin and bake for around 50 minutes.
