  2. A good egg salad and DH says it is a keeper. Add this to basic potato salad to turn it into something special! I am going to make a version of this with a hot pepper relish to go on crackers. Thanks for posting.
     
  3. Perfect blend - the only thing I would add would be a little chopped celery - but it's great as is!
