ingredients
- 1 (3 lb) box Velveeta cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa (your choice)
- 1 lb sausage (I use mild)
directions
- Fry sausage in skillet, and drain well.
- Cube Velvetta, and place in crock-pot.
- After cheese begins to melt, add salsa and sausage.
- Stir well; once all is melted and blended, place crock-pot on low to keep warm.

This was a pretty good dip as a basic starter recipe. I love that it is made in the crockpot. I changed it a bit to add some zip. I added one 10.5 oz can of Rotel tomatoes with green chilies. Also added was 2 tbs of jalapenos that I diced up very small. I also added a cup of milk to thin it out a little bit. I'm sorry the picture is so small, it is from my phone. Very easy to make and versatile. Thanks :)
