Mark's Halibut Chowder

"Great way to use up the Halibut in the freezer. Easy to make and full of flavor! You can lighten up the recipe using low fat cream cheese, skim milk and low sodium soups."

  • Combine first six ingredients and simmer in large pot. (Chowder).
  • In large skillet, sauté next three ingredients until halibut is tender.
  • Add above to pot of chowder and heat through.
  • Add cayenne pepper to taste and enjoy!
