Mark's Halibut Chowder

- 4 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of potato soup
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can sliced carrots
- 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 4 -5 cups skinless halibut fillets, diced
- 10 green onions, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- cayenne pepper
directions
- Combine first six ingredients and simmer in large pot. (Chowder).
- In large skillet, sauté next three ingredients until halibut is tender.
- Add above to pot of chowder and heat through.
- Add cayenne pepper to taste and enjoy!
