  • Combine basting ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Brush mixture on steaks.
  • Broil or grill lamb chops 4 to 6 inches from source of heat for 8 to 10 minutes on each side.

    This was quite good. I didn't marinate the steaks, and used dried onion. Grilled about 8 minutes a side for about 3/4" steaks.

    Nice blend of flavours and very easy to make. I did marinate my steaks for a few hours to save time when I was ready to cook. Thanks for a 'keeper'for me. :)

    Perfect combination of flavors, the true taste of lamb really came through, can't remember the last time we had such a tasty lamb recipe. I did marinate the lamb chops for a few hours prior to grilling them. Thank You for yet another winner Dancer!
