This recipe is from my neighbor's mother, June. It is delicious. We have had this in filled cookies, on sandwiches and on toast with butter - all too good! June uses all 5 cups of sugar while her son and I both reduce it.
Grind all fruits to a medium chop consistency. Mix all together except nuts with sugar. Bring this to a boil and cook over medium/high heat until foaming stops. Add the nuts and cook to desired consistency.
Fill pints or half pints and water bath can for 10 minutes.
I stir this very often but depending on your pan you may not have to do this.
