ingredients
- 1 lb butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1⁄2 cup chili sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1⁄2 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1⁄2 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- It should be used within a week and kept refrigerated, or you can freeze it and saw off a hunk when needed.
