  1. I certainly understand why your children love these pancakes Ri. They are delicious, have great flavor and a lovely texture. I really enjoyed your recipe. I garnished it with strawberry butter and fresh strawberries for a wonderful breakfast. Thank you so much for sharing. made for Name That Ingredient Tag Game.

  2. I usually add about a 1/2 tsp or so of almond extract. After they're cooked I sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar, roll them up, and serve them with canned peaches over them. My family loves this recipe.

  3. Oh hands down this is the best German pancake I have ever eaten. My kids love them and so do our friends.

  4. I first ate these after a sleepover at my best friends house in first grade. We still make them together to this day. My entire family loves them as well. If anyone is over for breakfast, this is always my go to recipe.
