Delish! These little guys are the perfect accompaniment to soup or stew. We had them with a chili-like soup. (Has rice instead of beans) I was a little nervous about 3 tsp garlic powder, but you didn't need to be! Don't leave outthe chicken boullion granules...they add a depth than is essential in making these so flavorful. Fluffy on the inside, a little crunchy on the outside. I'm under strict orders to have the fixin's for these on hand at all times! lol I've tried making these with the dry mixes, but found them to be quite bland. The buttermilk makes a light, fluffy biscuit. Enjoy!

OH MY GOODNESS! These biscuits were absolutely fabulous. They DO taste very similar to "Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits". The melted butter & garlic brushed over the top of each biscuit made for wonderful flavor and presentation. This is definitely a recipe worth keeping. In fact, it's going straight into my recipe box for safe keeping. Thanks very much!

These biscuits were absolutely delicious! I followed the recipe to a T but for some reason they turned out really flat - almost like cookies. They were still light like biscuits, and incredibly tasty (very much like the red lobster biscuits). The flatness of the biscuits is the only negative thing I have to say, and truly its minimal when compared with the AMAZING taste. I also got about 2 dozen biscuits out of following the recipe exactly.
