1. These were very easy to make,I enjoyed them and ate them like candy, I used jiffy buttermilk mix for mine!Raveeeeeeeeeee about this for a long time Happyfrog

 2. These are excellent! Easy and quick to make. My whole family loves them. I used Pioneer Biscuit Mix.

 3. I was excited to see this recipe since I love the biscuits at Red Lobster (and normally I am not a biscuit fan). They were very easy and yummmie. I used Jiffy and sharp cheddar.

 4. First off, don't beat these biscuits like the recipe says! Stir until they are just blended and stop and you will have light and fluffy biscuits. I use Heart Smart Bisquick and 2% milk with full fat finely shredded sharp cheddar and they turn out amazing. Bake on parchment paper so nothing sticks and if you have a convection oven, 425 for 7 minutes. Perfect every time.

 5. I've never eaten at a Red Lobster, but I do love this biscuits. Yummy yummy. I do add some seasoning salt plus the garlic powder to the biscuit mix as well as the butter. Delicious and a very quick and easy recipe.

Tweaks

 1. My whole family loved it. By the time the second batch came out of the oven, the first batch was gone and I had to tell them, repeatedly, no when I made my third batch or I wouldn't have enough for my friends. I did have to make some alteration to the ingredient, instead of regular milk I used Blue Diamond Almond Milk and a little more milk just 4-5 tablespoon of milk to the first batch. My family loooovvved the first batch, however when I followed the recipe to the T for the other two batches (which looked and smelled like the Red Lobster Biscuits I love) they didn't like them like they did the first batch. Maybe it was because they were then so they tasted the chese more.

At the end this recipe is going into my home cookbook and I will follow the direction to the T but add a little more cheese for the family. Either way this recipe is great as it is :) THANK YOU!!!

 2. I used Jiffy Mix and it tasted like a corn muffin instead of a biscuit. The flavor was good though. Next time I will try it with Bisquick.

 3. I really liked how quick and easy these were. I added the garlic (by accident) into the batter instead of putting on top which tasted good, but I would still add more garlic to the top next time.

 4. these are great easy biscuits but not red lobster flavorful, i used to work at red lobster when i was a teen and i remember they used soy cheese instead of real cheese as well as a herb and garlic mix for the butter topping.

 5. We love this recipe. It's simple and quick. I usually add a dash of onion powder, garlic powder, and dry parsley to the biscuit mix. I also substitute the garlic powder for garlic salt to add to the melted butter as well as add onion powder and dry parsley to the melted butter to brush on top.
