How many lbs. of spare ribs are used in this recipe, and how long are they cooked in the oven before draining grease and applying the sauce? How browned should they be before applying sauce? Are the ribs raised on a rack in a roasting pan? Do they need to be turned each time they are basted? It sounds like a tasty recipe, but a few more instructions would be helpful. Thanks.
