This one gets five stars, not only for the taste, but for ease of preparation! I threw everything in the crockpot before I left for work and came home to a meal that everyone loved. One change I made was to quarter an onion and place it in the pot along with everything else because my guys like sliced onions on their sandwiches. I also put a slice of provolone cheese on each sandwich and threw it under the broiler for a minute to melt the cheese. Everyone agreed this is a keeper. Thanks mamasan for an easy meal to add to the rotation. Made for Fall PAC 2008.Reply
