DIRECTIONS

  • Sauté onions and mushroom in oil.
  • Add tomatoes, shrimp, crabmeat, tarragon, dill weed and Tabasco.
  • Bring to simmer and cook just until shrimp are pink, about 5 or 6 minutes.
  • Serve over white or brown rice.
