  • Mix the vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce together and bring to a boil in a small pot. Mix together the cornstarch and water, add to the other ingredients and stir to thicken.
  • For a thicker sauce, increase the cornstarch to 5 teaspoons.

    I didn't have rice vinegar so I used white vinegar and added chili flakes. So yummy!

    Yuk.. Way to tangy, even with double the sugar and ketchup. Needs pineapple juice and something to cut vinegar
